Compilation albums usually have few songs you can just throw away, but not this record. It's got a great version of Blue Öyster Cult's "Buck's Boogie", both Winter brothers, the best Mahavishnu Orchestra lineup, Mountain, West Bruce & Laing, Santana, one with his band and one with Buddy Miles It's gotta be one of the strangest, most eclectic compilations ever put out. It was very odd even back then, a bit of R&R history.
