Jerry La Croix - The Second Coming (1974 us, remarkable soulful brass blues rock)

The Second Coming, an Album by Jerry LaCroix released in 1974 on Mercury records. Jerry (also know as Jerry “The Count” Jackson)  has a great track record as a rhythm and blues artist as part of great groups such as The Boogie Kings, Edgar Winters White Trash, Blood Sweat & Tears and Rare Earth.  He never stopped performing until his death in 2014 at the age of 70.

His style of vocals and harmonies with many artists as well as a saxophonist is amazing. There are great cuts on this album such as Mean Old World, Genesis, You’ll Always Be Mine, She Does It To Me and many more.  Highly recommend to listen this album as well music he has done with other artists.
